We use a necessary session cookie to protect forms and continue your support session. Your language choice is stored on this browser. Optional analytics is off until you agree; you can change this in Privacy choices.

Chat and support

Messages may be processed through n8n and OpenAI when connected. Do not send sensitive account information. Raw chat is not retained in our application database. Contact information is collected only when you submit the consent form; it is stored separately and is not sent to the AI model.

Purpose and recipients

MoneyKey uses your country, selected service and account status to check the next step and handle your request. Hosting, automation and AI providers may process data internationally under their terms. Internal Telegram alerts contain a lead reference and service, not your contact details. One optional email follow-up requires separate permission.

Retention and your choices

The supplied system removes expired sessions after 24 hours, analytics after 90 days and inactive leads after 180 days. Operational logs exclude message bodies and contact fields. You may request access, correction or deletion at moneykeytrading@gmail.com. Follow-up emails include an unsubscribe link. Provider websites have separate privacy policies.
